1. Order Dispatch:

All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 working hours from our warehouse.
Please note that orders placed during festive seasons, sales, or special offers may take a little longer to process due to high demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Weekend Orders:

Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed and dispatched within 48-72 working hours from the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges:

Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499/-.

A non-refundable shipping fee of ₹100/- will be charged on orders below ₹499/-.

4. Order Cancellation & Refunds:

If your order is cancelled by us or lost in transit, the full order amount, including any delivery charges, will be refunded to your original payment method.
